Sepapure® FPLC columns are a high-quality alternative to well-known FPLC columns for Size-Exclusion (SEC), Affinity (AC) and Ion-Exchange chromatography (IEX).
Our FPLC columns come as prepacked ready-to-use 1 or 5 ml cartridge and can also be purchased as bulk resin. The media are based on agarose or dextran and are available with different modifications.

For the purification of antibodies or antibody fragments, Sepapure® AC media based on agarose are available functionalized with Protein A or Protein G.

Protein Purification by Charge
