Improve your analysis of large molecules

Eurosil Bioselect columns for HPLC feature a wide pore stationary phase and were specifically designed to separate large biomolecules, such as proteins and peptides. Eurosil Bioselect columns are available in four modifications for separations of large molecules up to 100 kDa​.


AppliChrom® RPeptide columns are reversed phase (RP) columns with a polymer base instead of silica gel. They offer a chemically highly stable alternative with orthogonal selectivity to well-known large-pore silica gel columns. If you are looking for a solution for your application with high temperatures and demanding pH requirements, you will find it here. These columns also offer very good long-term stability with consistently high performance, particularly in the preparative field.

Analytical wide pore phase for the determination of biomolecules bigger than 20 kDa

Eurosil Bioselect C4 has been specifically developed for the determination and purification of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides up to a molecular weight of approximately 100 kDa.

Recommended application areas: Hydrophilic biomolecules and especially peptides larger than 20 kDa.

Analytical wide pore phase for the determination of biomolecules bigger than 5000 Da

Eurosil Bioselect C8 has been specifically developed for the determination and purification of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides up to a molecular weight of approximately 20 kDa.

Recommended application areas: Hydrophilic biomolecules, peptides, peptide mapping after enzymatic digestion.

Analytical wide pore phase for the determination of biomolecules bigger than 2000 Da​

Eurosil Bioselect C18 has been specifically developed for the determination and purification of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides up to a molecular weigth of approximately 5 kDa.

Recommended application areas: Hydrophilic biomolecules, peptides, peptide mapping after enzymatic digestion.
